*. Qualifications

I had 12 years of quality, repair productions, & customer care experiences to LCD and laser printers and 15 years of R&D experiences to AV, CD, & DVD. For quality field, I launched many repair SVC projects to LCD and laser printers as customer account manager or supervisor. Perform SOP, FMEA, & CAPA to high volume products where are PCBs. Set up and operate software programs to make zero defect and educate engineers & techs for NPI. Create various 8D, KPI, ISO reports. Of course, excellent communication skills with multi-national teams was done and audit to repair lines in multi-nations facilities and manage RMA for warranty defectives. Audit many facilities in multi-nations (LG-China and Toshiba-Malaysia and many repair centers in USA). For R&D, many development projects were involved and done to AV and ODD products as hardware engineer and team leader. Also, co-evaluation and electrical tests experiences were done with big IT companies with Compaq, HP, & Dell.
