Job Responsibilities in Abbott:
Verifying service provider’s performance to be in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Oversee and monitor the service provider’s performance on daily basis..
Assist in communicating the Abbott quality expectations to the service provider.
Monitor the service provider quality and improve service provider performance and quality overall as well as quality of individual staff when required on regular basis.
Conduct trainings based on the requirement at the service provider’s site.
Support project related tasks when required.
Communicating the SLA’s and support them to improve the same when there are any fluctuations.

June-2000 till March-2007: Worked as a Lecturer in “Thai Moogambigai Dental College and Hospital”, Chennai, as Lecturer in the department of Prosthodontics, Crown and Bridge. Also worked in the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology.
