Currenty working as an Associate Directorwith IQVIA formerly QUINTILES INDIA PVT LTD:From Apr-2016 till date in Bangalore India, managing a team of 200 plus associates in this current role.

Job Responsibilities in Abbott:

Verifying service provider’s performance to be in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

Oversee and monitor the service provider’s performance on daily basis..

Assist in communicating the Abbott quality expectations to the service provider.

Monitor the service provider quality and improve service provider performance and quality overall as well as quality of individual staff when required on regular basis.

Conduct trainings based on the requirement at the service provider’s site.

Support project related tasks when required.

Communicating the SLA’s and support them to improve the same when there are any fluctuations.

Lead Safety Review team (group of 50 Drug Safety associates at various levels) and manage the team to ensure operational excellence as per agreed SLA.
