Job Functions and Responsibilities in Current Task:

Conduct microbiological tests on Ingredients, intermediates and final products. as per Company specifications and requirements as detailed in Technical Bulletin on Microbiological Monitoring Program.

Conduct all the required microbiological tests to ensure that the intermediates and processes (Water Treatment, Rinsing& Filling) meet the Company standards (Microbiology).

Conduct microbiological tests on finished goods leaving plant, with conformance to the company specifications

To validate and monitor Cleaning in Place process of all the process equipment’s viz. Tanks, Filler, and ensure its effectiveness through microbiological monitoring program.

Document and maintain records of all the tests and activities related to the manufacturing such as microbiological testing of Ingredients, intermediates and final products.

To validate and ensure cleanliness within the manufacturing and storage area by carrying out microbiological validation.

Responsible for ensuring ensure safe disposal of used media and petridishes according to Good laboratory practices

Assist QA Manager in analysing the market samples for microbiology.

Ensure prevention of microbial contamination of ingredients, intermediates and finished products during storage and handling.

Carry out root cause analysis and develop corrective action plan on microbial issues.

Ensure inventory management of microbiological media, laboratory materials required for the microbiological tests; ensure proper working of equipment’s required for microbiological testing.

Ensure all hazards (Biological, Physical & Chemical) as highlighted in the HACCP Plan are regularly monitored and verified.

RMPM RECIVING AND TESTING:

Conduct Tests on each lot of incoming Raw & Packaging Materials (preform,closures,label,corrugatedpad,stretchflim,shrink flim) and release to Production if they meet Company's Specs.

Implement proper internal batch number system at Raw and Packaging materials and follow FEFO in all Raw and Packaging materials.

Document and maintain records of all tests related to Incoming Inspection of Raw and packaging materials.

Ensure Raw and packaging Material batch number Identification for traceability.

Ensure that Company's specifications are adhered on storage conditions for Raw materials and Packaging materials

Conduct IPQP tests on each lot of incoming Packaging Materials to ensure only materials which meet Company's specs. And requirements are released to Production.

Implement Microbiological Program, Test for confirmation programsand Cleaning and Sanitation programs in plant.

Support QA executive/ QA Manager in HACCP / QMS documentation / Implementation activities.

Validation and verification

CCP validation and verification done as per HACCP plan. (Raw water chlorination&ozone level monitoring and verification.)

OPRP validation and verification done as per HACCP plan. (validation and verification done).

Calibration

Listing out the calibration equipment’s.

Calibration of pressure gauges using dead weight gauge tester.

Calibration of thermometers comparing with the master calibrated thermometers which are calibrated externally.

Coordinating with External Agency for calibration.

General:

Conduct GMP audit monthly and submit the audit report to Program owner.

Monitor HK / GMP conditions at QA lab area to achieve GMP audit score above 85 % every month.

Coordinating to achieve the Personal hygienic

Coordinating the GMP activities through the team leaders and Members.

Calibrate all lab equipment’s in micro lab as per the schedule.

Coordinate with QAE in doing external calibrations & Annual MaintanenceContract.

Train all new / existing bottle inspectors quarterly and validate the inspectors monthly.

Train all QA / WTP personal to collect micro sampling and microbiological programs.

Supporting to sending the External samples as per the Frequency

Coordinating to fulfil the internal \External calibration.

Regular Monitoring of the Lab Glassware list.

Supporting Production to achieve the Targets.
