Global Operations Risk & Compliance Leader

Cebu City, Philippines (February 2016 – October 2018) Reporting to the COO, the role focuses on leading the Global Risk and Compliance unit for Trax’s freight payment audit and logistics performance services. Key owner of ISAE 3402 controls audit, Global Support Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Contiunity Planning and Post Audit Operations.

• Served as one of the senior site leaders for the Trax’s Philippines operations with full ownership on design and control on Quality, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Contiunity Planning.

• Developed the support framework and led the implementation of a JIRA global ticketing system with components of a Tier 1 customer help center, knowledge management system, and a logistics services provider portal. Completed the implementation 3 months ahead of the 9 months roll-out plan.

• Implemented and built a Global Support Services team that manages the global ticketing system and value added support services to Trax operations. Managed and build a team of 20 full time employees and 35 contractors.

• Led a successful ISAE 3402 global audit for 2018. Global lead for the preparation and compliance to audit requirements for the annual ISAE 3402 Type 2 audits. Completed audit with a 96% compliance (217 passed out of 225, 0 non-compliance – 2017 was 85%) and on time audit closure.

• Managed the Post Audit operations team which focuses on post payment audits and quality check. Recoverd close to 2.5 million USD of erroneous payments within 12 months.

Program Manager for Integrated Business Planning (Oliver Wight IBP) Singapore, Singapore & United Kingdom (May 2012 – January 2016) As part of the Cummins corporate Supply Chain, served as the program leader for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) of business units in Asia Pacific. IBP is a global initiative by Cummins Inc. designed to synchronize all Product, Demand, and Supply Chain components of the business. (A Fortune 150 Company, Cummins is the leading manufacturer of diesel and natural gas engines).

• Program Manager for APAC implementation, leading the planning and integration of the different businesses to IBP. Led project design and implementation across several locations in India, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea.
