Job Profile & Responsibility :

Ensuring that information is accurately collated & entered into systems.

Prepare purchase order, checking and receiving goods and payment.

Preparing salary for the staff and employees ( Payroll )

Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.

Review and approving the general ledger and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Stock taking and verification.

Petty cash management and approval of expenses.

Perform bank reconciliations.

Maintenance of company’s fixed assets register.

Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures in preparing financial statements.

Advise on appropriate utilization of credit lines for purchases and settlements.

Preparation of all customized reports on all monthly collections and payments as required.

Reviewing and monitoring accounts receivable which includes focus on aging reports, collection plan and customer.

Job Profile & Responsibilities as Accounts Assistant

Prepare Audit memorandum plan which is concerned with understanding client business, structure in order to determine the nature, extent and timing of examination required.

Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.

Review data about assets, net worth, liabilities, capital, income and expenditures.

Collect and analyses data to detect deficiency controls, duplicated effort extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws and tax department regulations and management policies.

Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in financial activities.

Updating day book, accounts, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Preparing Payroll for the employees.

Preparation of E.P.F & E.T.F return.

Preparation of N.B.T & VAT return.

Preparation of monthly and yearly P & L accounts. Key Skills
