JOB SUMMARY:

To achieve quality product as per the requirements of TCCQS during the shift, plan, organize, lead and control his team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

01. Responsible for production of quality product and to confirm the standards of the company. 02. Planning of required raw materials i.e.. Sugar, Co2, treated water and soft water, essence and other auxiliary materials for the shift production. 03. Planning of packing materials i.e. empty bottles, crowns for the shift production. 04. Ensuring proper CIP of filling lines and filler exterior cleaning at Product Changeover to ensure the Micro standards of the Company are met.

05. Ensure daily calibration of Carbonation Pressure gauges, Thermometer, Density Meter, Turbidity Meter, PH meter etc.

06. Ensure Container washing requirements in washer i.e. Soak Temperatures, Jet Alignment, Final rinse pressure, Caustic and Additive concentration. 07.Conducting tests of Methyline blue, Caustic Carryover, caustic percentage Additive percentage, Product parameters and Packaging parameters.

08. Preparation of Simple Syrup and Final Syrup with the help of Syrup makers as per the standards of the company

09. Analysis of Simple Syrup and Final Syrup and ensure its parameters. 10. Following Syrup release and Product release programs. 11. Ensuring production of treated water parameters to the required levels from time to time and to meet the company standards.

12. Conduction tests of Hardness, Alkalinity, PH, Turbidity, Iron, Chlorine, SDI, Chlorides, Sulphates etc. Confirm the Treated water specifications. 13. Conduction tests of Hardness, Chlorine & PH to confirm the soft water specifications. 14. Conducting tests of Hardness, Alkalinity, Chlorine, PH, Chlorides, Sulphates etc. for Raw water 15. Following of FEFO system while drawing the raw materials, Auxiliary material and Packaging materials.

16. Conduction of glass fragment checking and validation procedure. 17. Operating of Paramix equipment to proportionately mixing of water, final syrup and Co2. 18. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

1. Ensure proper Proportioner operation to achieve Target Brix and Carbonation in the Bottled Finished Product.

2. Ensure Finished Product is checked at least at the minimum frequency guidelines given in Product Release Criteria Technical Bulletin and ensure proper checks at startup, shutdown and Product Changeover.

3. Ensure routine Paramix Capability Study and proper Preventive Maintenance to ensure Capability as per Company's specifications.

4. Ensure proper CIP of Filling Lines and proper Filler Exterior cleaning at Product Changeover to ensure the Micro standards of the Company are met. (Reference Technical Bulletin- Product Changeover).

5. Ensure daily calibration of Carbonation Pressure gauges, Thermometer and Densitymeter. Ensure weekly Density meter Capability Study.

6. Ensure Crimp/torque validation at startup and thereafter. Develop CAP in case out of specification results.

7. Ensure Washer parameters viz. Soak Temperatures, Jet Alignment, Final Rinse Pressure, Caustic and Additive Concentration, Auto Level Monitoring and Auto Dosing of Caustic and Additive Dosing is maintained.

Classified - Internal use

8. Conduct Test every hour on Washed Bottles for Dead Mold and Caustic Carryover. Ensure weekly sanitation of washer Compartments.

9. Ensure Fortnightly calibration of Pressure and Temperature Gauges of Bottle washer, Canister Washer and Filler.

10. Ensure Date- Coding Performance after Caser every 30 min. ENSURE NO CODE NO RUN POLICY. ANY UNCODED FINISHED PRODUCT SHOULD BE HELD BACK IN PRODUCT RELEASE. 11. Ensure at startup, every 2 hours and Package Changeover, Fill Height Satisfactory is checked for all Filling Valves and Corrective Action Taken. 12. Ensure Glass Fragment Control Program is followed and necessary documentation is maintained.

13. Ensure proper inspection of Dirty, Washed and Filled Bottles is maintained at all times. Ensure Inspectors are evaluated and Trained On- Job regularly. 14. Ensure Scuffed, Foreign Matter, Rusty Neck, Excessive Dirty Bottles, Half Filled & Misbranding Bottles or Misbranded Crowns are weeded out at Inspection Stations, segregated and kept for next corrective action.

15. Ensure shelf Life samples are daily checked for the Parameters defined. 16. Ensure Housekeeping and GMP standards are always maintained for Bottling Halls, Packaging Area, Canister Washing and Filling Area.

17. Ensure Canister Washing and Filling standards are met while washing and Filling Fountain Canisters.

18. Ensure proper, complete and updated record keeping of all the Tests performed. 19. Ensure Product is released (Fulls Transfer to Shipping) after the Protocol requirement on Product Release are followed.

20. Ensure Final Product identification has traceability to ingredient, auxiliary material and Packaging Materials Lot Identification.

21. Conduct SPC on the parameters which are critical to the manufacturing and can change the attributes of finished product.

22. Provide inputs to the Operators on the performance of line WRT the process parameters 23. Support QA executive/ QA Manager in TCCQS documentation / Implementation activities. 24. Provide support in carrying out internal audit as and when required as per the audit schedule. 25. Support implementation of safety and loss prevention program of the bottling operation. 26. Conduct periodic visits to distribution centers and company depots to ensure FIFO. 27. Conduct assessment of the warehouses and distribution centers as and when required . Skill Set:
