Work closely with Project Manager & Project Team to plan the activities as per given milestones and management requirement, mobilizing the resources, identification of risks, risks managements, build risk register and execution of job.

Generation and Management of Integrated realistic schedule for the turnaround.

Development of Work Breakdown Structure, definition of activities/tasks, establishment of relationship and estimation of durations, identifying necessary constraints and resource loadings.

Monitoring the progress to ensure that turnaround is progressing as planned & targets are being met.

Development of the Turnaround Execution methodology and generating work packs covering technical issues, isolations, advising on manpower and materials aspects of agreed turnaround work scopes.

Planning and scheduling the erection of structure in the inside center of fume treatment plant and for the wet scrubber.

Arrange the Sequence of activities for the erection of gas collector ducts and dual ventilation ducts and their supports along pot room

Progress monitoring for fluidization, compressed and venting air piping system

Determines causes of delays and recommend for corrective action or revision of schedules.

Making the extra work claims against any additional work and site modifications.

Responsibilities as Area Planner

Making 3-months and 4-week look-ahead plans for the assigned areas.
