Including pressure vessels, pneumatic conveying systems piping, valve location, design & detail platform, stairs, ladders, handrails, & catwalks, prepared shop drawings for fabrication of vessels & pipe spool pieces, P&ID's, flow diagrams, etc. check AMSE, ANSI & OSHA specification for design compliance, analyzed existing piping problems and prepared solution options, design equipment arrangement, do take off for bill of materials, Scope of Work, documents & cost estimates for said projects. Prepare documents for, P.E.D. European certification, C.R.N. Design & detail, platforms, stairs, ladders, pipe supports, hoppers, movable platform and ramp for container railcar, and installed new stacker conveyor. Also designed new road for plant expansion. All projects were from concept design and specification, cost estimating of projects, bid, to oversee of construction by contractor. Field checks existing conditions. Work was done on P.C. using AutoCAD using paper space / model space & x-ref.
