Work Experience:

1.Since March 2019 working as Executive HR Operations with Nearby Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Have a Key role in managing employee relations and handling up to 400 employees.

Recruitment and selection - Managing End-to-End recruiting activities, Team mapping, policy, internal and external brand visibility.

Taking care of End to end recruitment activity. (Sourcing to till business head approval for issuing offer letter).

I.Recruitment and Selection:

Managing End-to-End recruiting activities.

Gathering requirement from top management and make a strategy plan posting requirements on Job portals, prescreening and interviewing candidates, reference checking and closing within the shortest possible time.

Worked on recruitment Policy, Prepared Evaluation Form, Rehiring Form and IJP Form etc. Conduct written tests, scheduling telephone interviews, preparation of call letters, conducting preliminary interviews and arrangement for final interviews.

Providing Offers and responsible for post-selection induction and joining formalities of new recruits, Orientation, Training, ID Generations and advising payroll for processing the salaries for selected candidates. Maintaining and Updating the Organization Chart down to the departmental level at regular intervals.

II.Induction:

Created plan for induction, includes personal details, welcome kit, Personal introduction, HR policies, System usage policies, hand book, Finance policies and communication policies making them familiar with organizational culture and activities.

HRIS which includes maintenance and updating of various details like Headcount, Attrition, Skill set, Experience, Salary and Training from the time an employee joins, till their exist.

III.Employee Relation:

Coordinating with my Manager in developing the Employee Handbook, Performance Management System. Ensure KRAs for all roles are defined. Furnish regular MIS updates on performance management.

Drive line manager’s in coordination with functional/departmental heads for action plans. Employee Life Cycle Management, leave management and assist to payroll.

Acting as a (SPOC) Single Point of contact for all employee’s grievances. Conduct Employee satisfactions surveys and ensure that it is at expected levels.

IV.Training and Development:

Identifying the training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions, analyzing existing level of competencies of individuals’ vis-à-vis gaps in skills.

Identifying training needs in coordination with Project Manager and Reporting Manager, conducting program for employees on Soft Skills development, Leadership, Motivation, Decision Making, and measuring its effectiveness through periodic assessments.

Ascertaining the specific training needs of employees and accordingly arranging training programs for improving learning curve. Up-keeping the Morale and Motivation of the Associates.

Organizing training programs for the newly joined employees as well as the existing employees for Skill updating, improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.

Maintaining training calendar to capture traceability matrix.

V.Performance Appraisal and Management:

Monitoring the performance of the individuals. Ensuring timely completion of appraisals for the team. Collating training needs from appraisal forms.

Coordinated in conducting monthly 1-2-1 with all employees to look at the performance metrics.

Working with my Manager alongside for creation of performance management with quarterly self-appraisal and half yearly appraisal one for training assessment and one linked to pay appraisal.

Analyzing the Job(s) as per the objectives and formulating the KRA’s and KPI’s accordingly.

VI.Separations:

Handling Resignations, Exit Interviews and Employee Counseling to reduce attrition.

Coordinating for the full final details of persons who leave the organization.

Coordination with finance and system admin regarding the full and final Settlement of employees and take no due declaration.

2.Worked as a HR Recruiter at Gateway Solutions for 7 months i.e. From October 2017 to May 2018.

3.Worked as HR Executive at ASK Manpower from September 2018 to March 2019.
