●Organised and developed mechanism of working of medical insurance companies to introduce new sevices such as hearing aids right and lift, new lab and x-ray sevices.

●Created the tree of accounts starting from assets, obligations, property rights, incomes and expenses, made journal entries as per a kind of an account as well as its place in the tree of accounts, produced financial statements and reports.

●Created a strong accounting system for each company separately and accurately to submit specific financial reports to the financial manager and administrative manager then informed insurance companies that had overdue amounts.

●Reviewed bank statements to check the transferred amounts from insurance companies.

●Identified and resolved financial issues, such as lack of revenues, increase of expenses and provided plans to financial manager and administrative manager such as charts and comparisons between expenses, incomes, purchases, sales and obligations to show points of strengths and weakness as monthly and yearly bases.

●Monitored and reviewed customers and suppliers accounts such as created monthly due amounts as per our agreements with suppliers for example 90 days or 60 days as well as collecting our amounts from medical insurance companies by calls or send emails including officials letters.

●Prepared tax computations ( VAT ) including all applicable sales and purchases except exclusions of sales as well as purchases.

●Provided a plan to the financial manager and administrative manager that contributed to decrease the supplier’s amounts which exceeded 300000 Sr and became less than 60000 Sr.

●Received sale incomes from the pharmacists and sellers periodically and submitted to the owner or anyone of my management.

●Controlled to purchases and increase volume of sales and determine the margin of profit per month between the sales and purchases in order to calculate how much money earned as monthly basis.

●Watched the inventory periodically, how many items had in the end of the fiscal year to specify net of increases or deficit of stock.

●Provided many ideas to increase volume of incomes such as integrated some medical services for some clinics to connect between them in order to left capability of poor clinics.
