Identified and managed Trade off by House of Quality plot. Evaluated the best suitable concept through Pugh concept out of all the possible design solutions proposed in the Morphological analysis of the product. Investigated the stress distribution of double edge crack specimen using Von-mises criteria under Mode 1 loading condition. Validation of SIF values by ANSYS workbench and analytical value obtained at the crack tip. 12 combinations of material were tested in ANSYS (workbench) to reduce the shear stresses and deformation. The best suited material was selected based on ranking in criteria rating matrix. Determined the contribution of input parameters on deflection of Cantilever Jib crane using ANOVA. Optimum design parameter combination was obtained by analysis of S/N ratio . Validation of results obtained experimentally, by ANSYS and regression equation. PROJECTS

An experiment was carried out to find efficiencies of Gear pump & Reciprocating two stage Air compressor in fluid machinery labs for undergraduate third year mechanical students.
Assisted the first year undergraduate students with concepts of engineering graphics using AUTO CAD. Assisting the students with Lathe Machining operations in production techniques Lab.
