1.Keeping all supplier programs current and accurate.

2.Invoices, Transport bills & Local Freight Bills Checkup and payment follow ups through finance department for clearance of the bills as per the payment terms.

3.Recommended the implementation of a tracking form for short-paid invoices, eliminating supplier invoice resubmissions and assisting the Accounting Department.

CPL is the largest paint manufacturing company in coastal belt, established in the year 1975. We are manufacturing paints with our own brands and supplying directly to reputed companies like Public and Private Sectors situated all over India. SYNERGIES Castings is an 100 % EOU unit situated at Duvvada, Vizag manufacturing Aluminum Alloy Wheels with Painting and Chrome Plating as its finish. It supplies Wheels to the Global OEM's like GM (US & IND), Ford, Toyota, M&M, and Telco with TS 16949 and ISO 14001 company.

Worked as a Supervisory Staff for the period of September-2005 to January-2008.

Overall Stores activities assistance from receiving and issuing material from various vendors to various departments. After receipt of the material - Gate Entry with proper documents, maintaining Inward Register for received material and Quality Inspection. After quality Inspection material will be placed at location and update bin cards at the same time.

Issue the material with proper request from various departments and also preparing RGP’s and NRGP’s for returnable and non returnable material. Updating the Critical Items and Daily Receipts statement and Updating the Minimum stock items register and preparing Month end Ledger Statements and other formats by following all the ISO procedures. Also maintain MDM levels, MIS reports, preparing shelf life reports and stock status reports for time to time.
