. Utilized Front End Loading Index (FEL) to follow and control, completed

decision support package (DSP), leadership peer reviews, governmental and

landowner permits, contract /procurement strategies, assure Project

Execution Plan (PEP) and HSSE goals. Received Spot Bonus.

. Controlled and finished engineering ahead of schedule, avoiding rig stand

by 40K$ per day.

. Achieved, managed and developed good relationship as Contractor Assurance

Manager (CAM), in the contract of general construction in DZO Block, with

Field Construction Engineer

2003-2005

Coordinated and supervised execution phases of multidisciplinary project to

extend the San Jose flow plant, new storage tanks, capacity from 4,000 to

8,000BOPD, by 1,9MM$. Guided daily activities, agreed work procedures,

permits and risk analysis using HSE standards. Reviewed and approved daily

work permits, activities and progress reports.

. Planned, coordinated and supervised electrical, civil and mechanical

works, in receiving new production (4,000BOPD) without turnaround.

Participated in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities using

certificate guidelines (GoC). Received Spot Bonus for Performance. New 3

pressure vessels installations.

10" and 23,4 km long oil pipeline.

. Prepared and submitted the bid package and presentation with the strategy

and technical scope to PDVSA regional commission, which became approved.

Won spot bonus

. Attained savings of 357K$ with plan presented to SPU s General and

Technical Managers, the most convenient place and with less costs to

drill three new producer directional wells.

. Recommended bidding/construction strategy for new pipeline route, had 15%

less in time and costs.

. Evaluated the commercial and technical offers and recommend most

appropriate company.

Field Construction Engineer

2000-

2001

Lead the installation pipelines for 3 new water injector wells on the DZO

Block as Pilot project to improve oil extraction from the reservoir using

high pressure pipelines (5,000 pounds). Made 400 new piping supports for

oil and gas main lines on the DZO Block, prepared field information and

scope to bid.

. Solved connection pump-pipeline-wells with high pressure, using the HSE

standards, increasing pressure from 2,000 to 5,000psig, elevating the

water injection and oil production. New vessels gas water purifiers.
