Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate With sales and warehousing, logistics and sales managements in order to accomplish smooth sales and deliveries.

Respond to client’s inquiries through all communication channels and follow up with concerned Parties on all aspects of their request.

Coordinate With Finance, Procurement department and with Customer to complete the operation process.

Verify clients and order information for data accuracy.

Assist Sales Team To Get them Achieve their Monthly Target,

Maintaining track records of new and existing clients.

Encoding the Sales Orders In the company’s ERP system.

Maintain and handle all administrative processes if Needed.

Documents filing to maintain sales records and Invoices.

Handle sales inventory and stationery efficiently in coordination with concerned department.

Handle an effective physical and electronic archiving system.

Making and Following up on any sales quotations and proposals for customers.

Maintain an updated mailing list.

Assist in conducting Market surveys when needed.

Support the superiors and colleagues in the day business activities.

Encoding Credit Notes and Rebates for Accounts and Customers.

Provide various reports to the sales team such as Daily Stock / Daily Sales / Order vs. Invoiced, Stock Transfers.

Issuing Samples for Customers.

Making Presentations/Report of Promotional events, Plano-grams, Physical Inventory of Our Items in Market.
