Mechanical Engineer for Genco: November 2018 - January 2019

Part of a 4 man team tasked by Creech Air Force Base (Nevada) to verify the work done for several repair / renew / building projects undertaken by contractors for the Air Force.

Tasks: Write reports, read designs, verify needs, design, and give opinions on the veracity and feasibility of upgrades to facilities.

Reason for Leaving: There were literally too many engineers employed for the Job we were given. I had the least experience of the group and had not yet taken residence.

Security Officer (Securitas): July 2018 - October 2018

Generally man a security post (Currently located at Subaru in Lafayette, IN) and direct incoming and outgoing traffic or "Smile and Wave" activities to provide a security presence. Minor paperwork, observations, and policy enforcement.

Had to quit after developing blisters from excessive walking.

Inspector (The PIC Group): September 2017 - January 2018:

Inspecting, Sorting, and processing parts in a factory environment. This was a call in type job, if they had work you could work, if not then you were off. I took this position to get my strength back after my work gap (check end of resume). Finally PIC just quit calling.

Nuclear Engineering Professional (CB&I Lake Charles, LA) April 2014 – January 2015

Work as a Document engineer maintaining traceability of all assemblies associated with production of Nuclear Power Plants. Knowledge of welding, design, Engineering tolerances, Final fit assembly, Exactness of detail and compliance to Nuclear Regulatory Commission standards. Monosol RX creates drug delivery material in rapidly dissolving strip form. Most applications are for Suboxone, a recovery drug for Heroin addiction. Research is being conducted to provide a non-invasive delivery system for insulin.

Maintenance Engineer

Help the Maintenance Department at MonoSol RX catch up with its schedules, rebuild its processes for ordering replacement parts, keeping track of its primary and secondary vital parts lists, streamlining the company’s processing processes, and making every effort to research and develop any improvements to the Maintenance Department’s Programs. In my short time with the company I have conducted Incident investigations, authored Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Control Change Requests (CCR), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) enhancements as well as complete rewrites, and wrote up bid summaries comparing vendors for improvement in MonoSol RX’s ability to maintain their facility and process and Calibrate Equipment. I have processed work orders, purchased replacement parts, taken part in vendor researches, conducted tours of MonoSol RX’s facilities in order to acquaint prospective vendors of MonoSol RX’s needs (filters, hardware, tools, software, etc.), and assisted in the general maintenance of the facilities.
