Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct frequent site inspection and give reports to the concerned personnel on all adverse remarks to implement the remedial measures.

Conduct Weekly/Monthly EHS Meeting and participate in the Client’s EHS Meeting.

Conducts/Assist the investigation team of Accidents/ Incidents/ Near misses and advice management on leaning points.

Plan for EHS Audits and conduct Sub-Contractor’s / Supplier’s Internal EHS Audits.

Interact with all Company’s personnel on EHS matters.

Conduct periodical inspection of vehicles, equipment, tools and tackles and fire fighting facilities etc; monitor the action points at work site and render necessary guidance to Engineers/Supervisors/Workers during the site inspection.

Plan and conduct EHS induction training for all new entrants and other in –house EHS Training programs on need basis.

Conducts/Check toolbox training given by Foreman/supervisor for every job.

Maintain and update all EHS related documents.

Issue Safely Highlights and Flashes and prepare EHS Statistics.

Advice the line management personnel in displaying the relevant cautionary Instructions, Signs and Symbols in the prominent places.

Prepare the Emergency Response Procedures suitable to the various activities of the Company and the surrounding areas.

Ensure that EHS performance awards are distributed to the right person(s).

Has to do daily inspection and find out the unsafe act/conditions then take the corrective actions as required.

Ensure that all the workforce, Tools and Materials, plants and machineries are complying with the EHS site rules & regulation.

Ensure that all the necessary precautions are in place to save the environment and keep it neat from the waste. All checklists form is to be provided then to be followed.

Monitor daily manpower and their work progress. Assign and delegate new tasks.
