Reported to the Managing Director, ensuring governance of PMO operations, project planning, execution, monitoring & control and resource management for one of the largest US telecom Services client, being supported from Chennai (account team size strengthened from 200 to 500).

Offshore PMO lead, accountable for overall PMO functions, played a vital role to drive the services from Offshore.

Key contributor for generating testing related metrics for the project covering 9 modules involving 100 developers.

Established and streamlined the reporting for the defect management processes to be followed by the team and ensured the data is available on time.

Prepare portfolio level reports which facilitates identifying gaps, indicates reasonable performance targets and suggests an achievable path for improvement. Created various presentations consisting of key metrics by IG leads, portfolio leads and account leads. High level reports on key aspects of portfolio are regularly delivered to executives and the information is used to inform strategic decision making.

Effectively maintained the Cost management workbook for the entire project. This financial tool helps us to compute the forecasted hours against the actual hours. These hours are billed to client monthly.

Analysis of weekly and monthly metrics and identifying patterns in the metrics to forecast slippages. Have automated multiple complex reusable templates to generate various metrics for the management and ensured to deliver with high quality without any slippages. This has saved 30 minutes of effort/lead/module/day and assisted in improving efficiency of all the metrics.

Work with the Finance (CFM) team to review the project expenses and flag any over spends to the project managers to help reduction wherever possible.

Track and responsible for closure of all staffing and resourcing requirements for entire offshore team.

JOB PROFILE: CLIENT SERVICE REPORTING & OPERATIONS Accountable for 3 major delivery units, supported Consumer banking and Mortgage technology line of business and responsible for SLA metrics and review for 7 SOWs.

Preparation of contractual monthly reports for support projects. Key role in managing the metrics to analyse high/medium risks which provides best solutions to support business functions across shores. These inputs were critical, should be error free as these reports have financial impact to project. Contractually, project is bound for penalty for quality of metrics. All the deliverables were prepared, reviewed and reported directly to respective bank stakeholders without any dependency.

Transitioned all the deliverables from Onshore to Offshore and ensured smooth transition. Streamlined all SLA reporting processes, ensured timely execution and completion of operational activities associated with project.

Supported staffing requests such as RRD creations, roll off date extensions, and background check initiations for all new joiners and tracked it to closure.

9th hour billing / non-billable cost analysis to identify the additional cost that would impact profitability monthly which helped reduce the cost where ever possible.

Analyzed and reported the pyramid cost for entire project which comprises of 10 Delivery units and supported the Delivery Unit leads for the preparation of monthly scorecard for 3 of the consumer portfolios.
