Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing management of the Physical Environment program, in order to maintain a safe environment .

Provide guidance and support to the Executive Director of Hospital Operations, regarding safety improvement efforts

Review and track data provided within the Environment of Care program to make ongoing improvements

Conduct Walk through on the site with the Client safety Personnel & Ensure that the safety Procedure is being implemented & Identify and evaluate potential hazardous condition and work practices, the existing or potential safety problems and issues that may concern or have the potential impact on employee’s welfare

Develop and implement training materials and conduct HSE related training lectures and field practical training

Responsibility for providing or arranging to have all the necessary first aid & medical care for all employees

Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment

Assuring the use of the proper personal protective equipment for each activity

Inspection for work site and work permit

Monitoring & conducting tool box talk with the workforce at site prior to start on weekly basis

Monitoring safety aspects during lifting operations, fabrication, painting & sand blasting activities

Conducts regular inspection of work areas to ensure that all precautionary measures and procedures are strictly followed by performing parties

Report safety incidents and trends from daily site inspection

Carrying out scaffolding inspection

Observation of confined space entry procedures & radiography activities

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY:

Proficient with various hardware and software technologies.

Proficient in MS OFFICE.

Applications in PGDCA.
