Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and study the contract documents, scope of works, BOQ, IFC drawings and Plot plan for to develop the Resource loaded (3M) Master BL Schedule (L2 to L6) using Primavera P6 software package.

Prepare and submit the Manhours/ Manpower histogram and update on stipulated intervals and highlighting the resource constraints that affect project progress.

Prepare and submit the Planned % Progress S-Curve and update on stipulated intervals and highlighting the constraints that affect project progress.

Prepare and submit the Key Quantity Progress S-Curve/ Cash Flow S-Curve and update on stipulated intervals and highlight the constraints that affect project progress.

Monitor and control the critical path & overall schedule on a daily basis and report to the Management.

Prepare and submit the Main concerns and Area wise concerns report to the Management.

Prepare and send the delay/concerns notification letter/alert to the consultant and contractors.

Prepare and Maintain construction log/ dairy for immediate notification and future claims.

Track the Engineering and Procurement, delivery logs and highlight the constraints that affect project progress.

Track the MIR and WIR logs and highlight the constraints (delay approval) that affect project progress.

Track the RFI log and highlight the constraints (any deviation) that affect project progress.

Track the change/ variation order log and highlight the constraints (any deviation) that affect project progress.

Prepare and issue of all-time impact due to change orders, continuous revision in IFC, delay access etc.,

Extension claims using such method Impact as Planned, Windows analysis, Time impact and As-built but for.

Identify requirement of revision in schedule, raise alert of same to Project Control Manager and carry out revision in schedules.

Prepare the recovery/catch up plans, look ahead plans based on inputs from respective sources and report to the Management.

Prepare and submit the daily, weekly, monthly reports to the client, contractor and management.

Prepare and explained the presentation (PPT) during weekly /monthly reports to the client, consultant contractor and management etc.,
