Busi ness Planning – Develop and present j oint business plans, bi-weekly tracking, key strategies and executions and any category analysis and i nsights. Responsible selling plans both i nternally (KPOW and IBP) at KCI and externally with the customer. Communicate any changes i nternally to key customer str ategies, competitive pricing or pr omotional activity. Accurate Reporting – Manage annual, quarterly and monthly forecast/volume, financial pr ocessing/analysis and tracking within CRM. Responsible for accurate forecast of GSV, KMF and any trade spend including listing fees and penalty fees. Leverage RGM to deliver profitable growth. Trade Agreements – You will negotiate tr ade agreements with the retailer to maximize r eturn on tr ade dollars invested and deliver all account targets. Negotiate any post audit repays with the r etailer and aid internal finance in the r eporting and repay pr ocess Building Relationships – Develop r elationships and work i n partnership with various levels of the organization both internally and externally to include buyers, merchants, directors, marketing, supply chain, etc. People Management & Development – Leads, motivates, and develops teams by setting group and individual key performance measures that align with objectives. Required:

Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent Minimum 7-10 years of retail package g oods experience Strong and passionate leader and effective collaborator with people management experience Effective time management and results-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently and effectively Valid Driver’s license within Canada
