Kay Jay manufacturers Forging & Sheet metal components Crank Shaft, Connecting Rod, Gear shift lever, Lever Kick Starter, Brake Pedal, Toolbox, Fuel Tank etc. to meet the precise demands of the market.

Role and Responsibilities –
Managing a team for smooth workflow
Reporting to GM-Operations on the performance of quality management system and need of improvement in the process.
Study process and control rejection with set limit in process stage.
Coordination with customer modifications review of customer complaints.
Maintain proper coordination between other Quality Engineers.
Implementation of 5.S.
Conduct Training Sessions on Quality and Rejection for Associates.
Ensuring the awareness of customer requirement throughout the organization.
Resolve supplier part quality issues
Controlling the new part developing activity at supplier end.
Fulfilment of requirements of PPA (Pre-production audit) to improve system & monitor action effectiveness.
Carry In process Quality improvement activities.
Calibration of all In-house checking instruments, all gauges and Receipt inspection part Checking fixtures.
Managing the team efficiently for continual improvement.
Elimination of operator mistakes/errors by providing Fool-proofing / POKAYOKE in the fixtures.
Reduction in Customer PPM and Internal PPM by using Q. C. tools like Pareto analysis, 5-Why analysis, Cause & effect diagram, control chart etc. at supplier end.
