Job responsibilities:
Carry out investigations of incident, accident/ near miss-Issuing Permit to Work System.
Daily observation on work activities in site and provided assistants during jobs.
Immediate response to fire and emergency calls.
Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, show safety films and educate on safety matter relating to danger occurrence.
Inspect and monitor the Color code of the machineries, scaffolding, PPE’s, ladders, and fire extinguishers, etc.
To maintain control over lock out and tag out on energized equipment
Monitoring safety activities in high risk activities such as critical lifting, confined space works, hot works, excavation, etc.
Participating in safety officers walk through at site (As required by the client).

Job responsibilities:
Enforce the company safety rules and regulations at site.
Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard free environment.
Ensure that work activities on site are subjected to hazard identification and risk assessment process.
Inspect company firefighting equipment (fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, etc.) on a regular basis.
Ensure that sufficient barricades and warning signs are provided in areas where lifting operations is being done.
Organize, Monitor and coordinates Safety Awareness Program, Loss Prevention Program in Sites.
To conduct training for workers recording emergency evacuation drill.
Developing safety measure to assure personal safety.
Maintaining daily observation report to prevent reoccurrence in future.

To arrange all the safety equipment’s and standby personal whenever Hot Works is taking place.
