Summary:

I was an experienced secretary whom was familiar with answering telephone calls, typing, organizing of documents, filing, doing facsimiles, receiving e. mails and re-directing e. mails, greeting incomers and handling customers’ requests. I had gained direct customer service experiences through the occupation of being a real estate sales representative. I have no problem of contacting customers and clients, communicating with customers and clients professionally and with contingency. The most recent job I was working was at the JCY House Fashion Group. My working position was a clerk. I had been assigned to work in answering calls, reading e mails and redirecting e.mails to different departments, filing, creating payment charts, following with suppliers’ accounts, and working on Excel and also data entries with the company’s provided information. At the end of the month, I was helping to finish and prove read all the data entries to send to our accounting firm for the purpose of accounting bank reconciliation.

After I left the JCY House Fashion Group, I had started to learn more Office Softwares from the Bridge Program at the Immigrant Women Resource Centre of C.I.C.S. (Centre for Immigrant & Community Services). My program was ending at April 29, 2018. And at the end of the program, I have successfully finished the learning and practicing sections of Office Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Access plus other skills named Office Procedures, Work Ethnics in Office Administration, Minute Taking and Scheduling Clients, Employment Standard and Workplace Health and Safety.

I am working professionally, with no problem in paper and document work as well as being presentable in front of clients.
