Designed fixture for welding, cabin mounting bracket of SKID STEER LOADER.

Designed fixture for both assembly and sub assembly to TACK WELD SKID STEER LOADER LIFT ARM

Skilled in modeling, detailing and Assembly.

PROJECT AND INTERNSHIP UNDERTAKEN:

PROJECT: DESIGN & ANALYSIS OF FULL WELDING FIXTURE FOR WHEEL LOADER LIFT ARM ON CLOOS ROBOT- This project was carried out at L&T CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT LIMITED, Doddaballapur for 6 months-1st January, 2019 –29 th

June, 2019. This

fixture is used in cloos robot where there will be no human intervention. This fixture is mainly used to weld wheel loader lift arm, and as a development work we have designed it for welding various other jobs like 4-Ton compactor roller drum, wheel loader front chassis side plate and 10- Ton compactor roller drum. Using this fixture we can increase quality of welding, production rate of lift arm and robot utilization, reduce damage and reworks of lift arm, and also we can greatly reduce the manufacturing cycle time of lift arm.

INTERNSHIP: Undertaken Internship at L&T Construction Equipment Limited- Machinery Works, Doddaballapur on Study of Manufacturing Processes of Construction Equipments for 4 months- 6
