OBJECTIVES

Preparing and submission of Interim Payment Application and Sub contractor monthly Valuations

Take off Civil, Architectural work quantities

Preparing Variation Order

Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials

Preparing site measurements sub-contractor cost comparison sheets

Carryout takeoffs for material Procurement

Review latest Drawings for quantity measurement and checking of any discrepancies against the Tender drawings, Specifications and the Bill of Quantities.

Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers

● Project : Doha Festival City (DFC) (01/06/2014 to 10/04/2016) The DFC is the largest retail and entertainment development in Qatar which comprises over 500 stores and a gross floor area of 327,000 square metres.

Project sum - QAR 2.42 Bn (Tender-1.97bn+ Variation-450Mn)

Taking off quantities based on standard method of measurements for finalizing the subcontractor works.
