-Implement QuickBooks accounting system and Payroll system and design ERP system in my last job

-Prepared financial statement and consolidated financial statements for 5 different company for 5 years in DDR investment Ltd and their subsidiaries under IFRS.

-Preparing Cost Accounting systems, Annual Budget and Pricing Model for Alliance Freeze Dry (AFD) and their Five different subsidiaries including EBITDA and Break Even Point for each one by EXCEL and VB

-Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Systems (IFRS).

-Set up, maintain and report on all aspects of the accounting cycle; close books and prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

-Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures; implement changes to internal controls to improve data integrity and minimize risk.

-Develop, improve and prepare reports for senior management by collecting, analyzing and interpreting information and trends.

-Hire manage and mentor administrative/accounting staff; establish performance expectations and review results.

-Participate in corporate strategic planning; prepare and maintain annual budgets, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.

-Coordinate and provide information and reporting to external auditors and lenders for quarterly and annual audits.

-Manage commercial banking relationships to facilitate credit resources and interface with supplier credit managers to negotiate credit limits.

-Administer ERP systems and collaborate with programmers with regards to system implementations and improvements.

-Extensive experience preparing Financial Statement’s Report, Board of Director’s Report to the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting.

-Organized and collaborative in decision-making.

-Ability to provide Feasibility Study and Business Plan for corporations.

-Perfect versed in MS Office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.

-QuickBooks specialist and professional ability to implementation.

VOLUNTARY:

-In 2003 Bam earthquake struck the Kerman province of southeastern Iran with the death toll amounting to at least 27000 people and injuring up to 30,000, So I was working there for 5 weeks day and night tough jobs to help people, but it was rare to find a living person to help him so it was very painful.
