I am seeking another sales career because I enjoy everything about a “sales culture”. I enjoy the competition, camaraderie and obviously, the paychecks that only a sales career can yield. Further, I have demonstrated the ability to “get the most” out of the people that report to me. At eMoney - I took an underperforming group of salespeople, with the right training, motivation and accountability techniques - we now lead the company in new revenue, expansion revenue and have the lowest churn rate.
