Executive Administrative Assistant to the Director of Lubricants for of all the companies’ branches. Prepare and maintain price books for all branches. Solely in charge of all price adjustments and updating price books. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets. Maintaining all the sales rep’s commissions recap reports. Preparation for all sales meetings. Drafting and creating memos as needed. Create, maintain and distribute all contracts for all out going equipment loans and reward incentive programs for all of the company’s customers. Processing and billing accounts for our national brands programs. Monitoring inventory every week and ordering product as needed. Maintain and distribution of aging reports on a weekly basis. Maintaining monthly supplemental reports. Calculating and tracking rebates for ALL customers.

Make A Wish Foundation:

I served on the board for 10 years. 2007-2017. As a volunteer, I reached out to potential donors and businesses for donations for an annual event that was held to raise money to grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses. Wishes make life better for kids with life-threatening medical conditions. This simple, but powerful belief drives Make-A-Wish. I organized the annual silent auction raising 45K+ each event.
