Provided direct patient care through occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and goal based interventions for patients with variety of neurological, mental, and physical impairments. Assisted in discharge planning and after discharge recommendations. Co-treated patient with paraprofessionals. Attended therapist weekly journal clubs, and daily multidisciplinary team meetings. Created documentations such as daily progress notes, evaluation reports, discharge plans.

Created field work project include 14 cognition retraining activities, and presented during multidisciplinary Journal club. Observed, and assisted Occupational therapists who were specialized as lymphedema treatment, vision treatment.

Progressive Pediatric Developmental Center (Outpatient clinic, day care, learning disability center), Tallahassee, FL September, 2017-November, 2017

Implemented Occupational Therapy assessments, interventions to children ages birth to twenty one years with Autism, ADHD, moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, muscular dystrophy, learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and visual impairments. Aided clients discharge plan. Attended field trip at bowling lane with clients of cognitive, physical, and behavioral disabilities.

Created fieldwork site specific project “Quiet Book” for clients over two and half year through age twenty one years. This book includes graded activities of fine motor skills related to dressing, sensory integration skills.

Conducted a community needs assessments and based on the assessment, developed, and ran a program for adolescence with substance abuse disorder, and evaluated the effectiveness of the program.
