Corporate Food Safety and Sanitation Manager

Enbraced the challenges of maintaining SQF and BRC certifications in all of our facilities in North America. Tasked to reduce the sanitation cost by 35% in 1 year. I was able to reduce our sanitation cost by 38% exceeding our goal by working with sanitation crews in all plants with training on proper chemical dilution in all facilities as well as proper labor scheduling.

Manage a sanitation crew for all facilities in North America with each facility having a crew of 8 to 12 crew members and supervisors for all facilities such as IQF facilities, RTE facilities, Landing facilities, and Distribution centers.
