Heat Trapping Composites (Self project)

The scope of this project is to propose a novel approach to avoid aircraft fuel freezing. This project was developed based on the case studies conducted during the aircraft passing through the extreme temperature conditions in Polar Regions (Antarctica). It is a type of deicing technology which resist high cooling of fuel and other system of aircraft. This can be achieved by implementing strong heat trapping composite materials. This reduces the heat transfer rate from aviation fuel and in continuing movement through Polar Regions.
