• Tension Controlled Cable Robot designed for NASA Johnson Space Center to aid in training astronauts for missions on other celestial bodies
• Follow design specifications, ensuring the robot is able to be shipped, large enough to be fully utilized, and easy to assemble and disassemble
• Lead the CAD and Machining portion of developing the 1-D proof of concept and the 3-D prototype of the robot
• Develop a frame for the robot to operate in with the use of SolidWorks modeling tools and FEA analysis tools
• Oversee development of the dynamic simulation for the proof of concept and the finalized prototype
