ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works at site.

Manage all stages of the Multi-store Residential, Apartments Projects.

Preparing Estimates likes Shuttering, bar bending, Block work, Plastering and other Finishing items.

Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.

Bill checking and certifying for the main contractors & sub-contractors.

Involved in site architectural Layout regarding Block Work, Door Windows, Floor Levels, Lintel and Stiffeners.

Proficient in supervising & controlling of sub – contractors activities along with overall monitoring to expedite their Safety, Providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancements.

Generating reports on Weekly/Monthly/Daily basis for client and management review.

Calculation of material take-off and planning for the procurement of the materials as per working schedule.

Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

Directly responsible for the safety of all civil groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standard
