Currently on long term project (2017 to Current) for Orion Food Systems located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Project scope involves performing in the position of VP of Manufacturing for a midsized frozen food manufacturing company. Total responsibility for all Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving, Transportation & Logistics. Sanitation, Engineering & Maintenance and Quality activity.
Managed / Completed 3.5 MM Expansion Project in the company’s Milford, Iowa facility.

Provide executive-level leadership for start-up restaurant group. Full accountability for inception and roll-out of all business operations including labor model and cost analysis, formalizing production processes, and initiating quality control and HACCP plans.
