Provide executive-level leadership for start-up restaurant group. Full accountability for inception and roll-out of all business operations including labor model and cost analysis, formalizing production processes, and initiating quality control and HACCP plans.
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS (2016 to 2017)
Tasked with management and implementation of broad spectrum of operational duties including project management, strategic growth plan, complete conceptualization and implementation of all production processes, logistics, labor forecasts, and regulation compliance.
Selected and introduced ERP Program, drafted and finalized purchasing practices, and negotiated master distribution agreement with largest vendor saving 34% - 41% on ingredient costs.
Researched and selected site location, negotiated favorable lease terms, sourced construction contractors, collaborated with architects to conceptualize floor plan design and created floor plan schematic of equipment layout.
