Finance Director 2009 – 2011

Served as the Finance Director of the 17 counties of South Mississippi. Manage the financial operations of 7 District Executives. Served as the Council marketing advisor, handle grants, and advisor to the popcorn sales campaign, sporting clays event, and advisor to both golf fund raisers.

Responsible for the implementation of all efforts to raise the $1.4 million budget for the Pine Burr Area Council. Train field staff on financial activities and budgets.

Healthcare Representative

Served as a sales representative for the cardiovascular division of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in a territory that included West Tennessee. Worked with a team that called on 333 providers in internal medicine, family medicine, for Hospitalists, OB-GYN, Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Nephrology.

Implemented a unique program that delivered 37% total Medicare market share growth against a goal of 3% growth in 2008 and resulted in the program being rolled out regionally to all sales representatives.

Delivered 105% of Lipitor goal and 94% of Caduet goal through October 2008, ranking in the top 20% of representatives in the territory.

Maintained 22% market share for Lipitor even as key insurance providers dropped preferred tier 2 status in 2008.

Achieved 300% new script growth for top 20 Caduet providers, which exceeded the goal of 10% new script growth in 2008.

Developed and implemented a call strategy for Lipitor MVP providers that delivered 113% growth through the third quarter of 2008 against a goal of 5%.

District Director 2004 – 2007

Served as the District Director in the West Tennessee Area Council. Led all sales and marketing efforts in the area. Coordinated all public relations events and handled finances for area. Assisted with major programs in a 20 county area.
