Job Responsibility:
Coordinating the Activities of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at site.
Established Hygiene Policy and Procedures.
Preparing Site QHSE Training Matrix and Plan and then Implementation.
Training the Site Personnel on IMS Procedures.
Ensuring Implementation of Safe Codes of Practices, Incident Prevention and Environmental Protection Control Program.
Inspect the Fire Fighting Equipment such as Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detectors, with Supported Documents.
Directing & Supervising the Provision of Adequate QHSE, Fire and loss Control Programs at Site.
Coordinating with Site Operation In-Charge, Client QHSE Department and Other Key Personnel to Ensure Adequate Coverage for the Fire, Incidents, Environmental Pollution, and Other Emergency Situations.
Ensuring regular Emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency.
Maintaining Records of Such Drills, Providing Recommendations for Emergency Response.
Perform Monthly Inspections of Fire Fighting, Safety and Emergency Response Equipment – if it is in Our Scope.
Attend All QHSE Meetings Called by the Client’s Representative at Site and in Town Office.

Conducting weekly QHSE Inspections, Preparing Reports with Recommendations, Corrective Action and Target Dates and Follow Up on the Close Outs.
Make the HACCP Team On site and explain the Benefit of HACCP Also Conduct HACCP Team Meetings twice a month.
Conducting Tool Box talks Daily 5 to 10 Minutes on a Specific Subject for the Supervisors. Schedule of Subjects to be issued weekly in Advance. Maintain At least 75% Staff Attendance during Training & on Daily Tool Box.
Submitting on a weekly Basis All Reports that Reflect Site QHSE Activities.
Sharing Innovative Ideas that Can Improve the Work Performance.
Preparing QHSE Monthly Statistical Reports & submitting them to Site Management and QHSE Division.
