M/s. Kreeth Enterprises, a fabrication company located at Ranipet (approx 120kms from Chennai), is a major sub-contractor to M/s.BHEL-Ranipet, BHEL-Trichy, ELGI equipments-Coimbatore, MALCO-Mettur, KCP-Chennai, L&T – Chennai and Arcelor Mittal- Ranipet.

Participation in various projects floated by clients such as ELGI equipments-Coimbatore, MALCO-Mettur, KCP-Chennai, L&T – Chennai and Arcelor Mittal-Ranipet.

Involved in production, material planning, maintenance, documentation & accounting for the fabrication of Precipitator (ESP), Air Pre Heater (APH), Fan components with a team of Engineers and Technicians. Managed overall activities from quoting tender, order planning, production, quality control, accounts and dispatch for all fabricated components under of ESP, APH, FAN to contractor.

Conducted 100% visual inspection of Precipitator (ESP), Air Pre Heater (APH), Fan fabricated and machined components/products sub-contracted from BHEL for various thermal power plant customers namely North Chennai, Vallur power plant, Vindhyachal 2x500 MW, Sipat 3x660 MW, Kahalgaon 1x500 MW, Chandrapura 2x250 MW, Amarkantak 1x210 MW, Jindal Steels 2x125 MW, DVC Mejia 2x250 MW, Korba East 2x250 MW, Bellary 1x500MW, Farakka and various NTPC Customers all over India.

Hands on Experience in NDT Inspection Services for LPI, MPI, RT and UT.

Worked in Thermal Power plants during erection of products supplied by us to develop co-ordination between the erection engineers and our shop production engineers.

Development and overall project management for Orchard Harvester, the first of the kind product launched in India from the agricultural market. Been the business representative from the Buying team to visit Italy for the understanding of the profile and for the sourcing preferences.

Recurring Cost saving suggestions of Rs.4.2 Lakhs every year by the introduction of Commonized tyre solutions for implements.
