Current Job description.

Accountable for the assigned Airline IT projects and enhancements with Emirates Airlines and its GHA Dnata.

Subject Matter Expert, Collate, analyze and define customer requirements for projects and enhancements.

Documentation of the New Enhancement /Change Request” as per Customer Airlines Requirements.

Identify Business process changes from the application side and suggest practical solutions. Support in resolving conflicting business requirements.

Accountable to co-ordinate the implementation support of enhancements/projects assigned to as well as to co-ordinate the creation of supporting documentation as per standards.

Assist in customer analysis of identifying and promoting areas that offer cost saving, productivity gain and/or maximizing the use of assigned application. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers. Identify changes to current operational procedures, then agree and document new procedures with the affected departments.

Functional Tester for Passenger Service System.

Ensure quality of Testing/Training along with the related documentation meets IT standards and is in line with the customer's specific environment. Ensure all functional and end user documentation of new functionalities is produced understanding the customer needs.

Accountable for the creation of “Test cases” and to identify system requirements for testing of the functional change/development of the application. Identifying the regression test cases.

Assist Support team to co-ordinate the set-up and communication between the application and the partner's system to support the testing of application functionality and linked systems. Ensure that the User Acceptance test is completed within the agreed time and within the agreed IT standards.
