Getting detailed & Clear Customer’s requirement enquiry from Sales Team.
Calculating Crane structure Section, Wheelbase, CT span, Crane Weight and Wheel Load per wheel with reference from IS: 807-2007 & IS: 3177.
Calculating Stress, Strain and deflection for crane structure section and compare them with allowable values (taken from IS:807-2007 & IS:3177)
Calculating motor power and selecting suitable motor model with reference from IS: 3177.
Sending the enquiry to Vendor Suppliers for getting Price for Crane parts.
Estimating the cost of the crane based on Customer’s Requirement.
Preparing Quotation & Concept drawing for customer understanding and sending it to Customer.
Reverse estimating the Cost again for getting Order (If Required) Projects worked on:
Project: Vestas Oragadam Plant (30 Cranes) – Tender Client: VESTAS WIND TECHNOLOGY INDIA PVT LTD.,
Tenure: Aug-2019 to Feb-2020.
