I led a Project of improving an HSE Management System (OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001) of the Company. During a Project, I provided more than 80 audits through Ukraine, analyzed documentation, processes, safety culture and behavior etc. As a result of the Project was provided Report with analytic of current HSE Management System, recommendations to improve it and steps to implement the best international practices.

SYVASH Wind Farm construction Project (250 MW)

As a private entrepreneur, I provided Health, Safety, Social and Environmental consulting to the client of the Project – SyvashEnergoProm (a JV between the Norwegian NBT and the French Total Eren). It has an estimated investment of 380 million euros with EBRD, PROPARCO and other big banks (Lenders) among its investors. Main responsibilities:

● compliance with the Lenders’ requirements, meeting the Stakeholders’ requirements;

● control of fulfillment of contract requirements by EPC contractor (Power China);

● audits/inspections of the Site, providing reports and Action Trackers;

● assisting the development of ESHS Management Plans, Corporate Social Responsibility, Cultural Heritage Supervision, Policies etc., implementation of ESHS policies and procedures (acc. to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, EBRD standards, best international practices);

● collecting information and providing monthly reports to Lenders.

My role was to provide full support with Tender documentation processes, including issues related to HSE. I played a key role in negotiating and signing cooperation agreements with Chinese, USA, Israel, Romanian, Cypriot and Ukrainian companies. The total value of the tenders processed was over 40 mil. USD. Main responsibilities:

● managing and consulting tender processes, support with licensing processes and HSE requirements;
