June 22, 2017 - For demonstrating above and beyond effort in maintaining the performance of INTEST CTS5040 by vigilantly tracking performance and maintaining the required WIP so as recover metrics immediately. This effort helped is sustaining the CTS5040 PTS Outs and OSL performance since 2Q17 to date.

July 26, 2016 - For B1P1 Dispatchers outstanding effort in reducing line WIP, TSClass aging lots and OSL aging lots. This move has reduced the Hockey Stick behavior of lots starts in the line. The Team has persistently followed up closure of line issues. Their vigilant monitoring and resolution of line issues has immediately improved performance and increase in output in just 2 weeks. This effort is to help improved OTD performance caused by Factory.

August 20, 2015 - Effort for successfully improving the decommits from 17% down to 3% and reducing lot rescheduling by 5% against the weekly plan across all CTS5040_B at INTEST during 3Q15 – Analog Devices Inc.
