My objective is to ensure success for the company I am working for. I plan to do so by using the skills I have acquired through the last few years. I have extremely strong work ethic. I go after what I want but in a respectable manner. I am a people person, I am able to listen effectively and efficiently to others. While attending ASU my sales professor explained that most important characteristics of a salesperson are likability and trust. I obtain both of these characteristics. I am very tech savvy. I am eager to get my foot in the door when working within sales/ marketing. I am educated within the medical field, specifically within wound and the hospital scene. I am able to become a custom to any situation even if it may be difficult. I am always ready for a challenge and my overall objective is to increase success for the company I am dedicated too. Page 2
Bartender, Rodeo Ranch
· While attending Arizona State University I decided to bartend at a brand new venue down the street from
where I live. Not only did I bartend here but I also helped with the marketing as well. I would post on various social media sites and help to promote the business via word of mouth. This job encouraged me to socialize with
individuals and learn more about different geographies and demographics. I also learned how to multi-task effectively and what to do when put in pressure.
Marketing Executive, Genesis Healthcare Solutions
· This position has taught me a lot about the medical industry and how to get a foot in the door. I have managed since week one of starting with this company to book lunches every day of the week with the top doctors, owners of senior living facilities and lastly referral coordinators. I managed to start this job while still in college. I booked the lunches on my own by researching top facilities to target and I presented the information to these individuals solo. I also managed to do this all with a training regiment I developed myself.
Marketing Executive (WCCC), Healogics.
Working as a marketing executive for Healogics this past year was a great opportunity to increase my knowledge on sales and marketing in the medical field. I built relationships with various physicians and clinics
throughout the state of Arizona. In 2019 I hit my quota every month & continued to surpass goals. I also learned time- management skills by working from home/ in the field. I went above and beyond in my career to help out in various positions to ensure we made our companies goals. I was promoted within the year to managing the marketing of two wound care centers. I am certain that I will retain this work ethic and strive for the best in my future career.
