Value Stream Manager for the Strip Value Stream at the Cudahy Headquarters Facility. Worked in parallel with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Safety and Sales, including responsibility for Production Control of all materials through the Value Stream responsible for over $20 million in annual sales.

Led or participated in cost saving lean initiatives that resulted in a reduction of $2 million in inventory out of the Cudahy facility.

Key contributor to a successful implementation of a new ERP system. As a result, assumed the position of Production Control Manager in addition to the Strip VS Manager role.
