Project involvement: Ensures timely validation emails sent to lifecycle team members and management when escalation is needed to confirm location (sent from LCMS (Lifecycle Management System) Enterprise PC Lifecycle workflow application. Request ship to information from partnership support and delegates when needed on an ongoing basis based on program SLA (service level agreement). Send communications to end of life team member’s at 19 day, day 5 and day 1 of event (Day 10 for Laptop events) via LCMS. Communications intervals may change based on our tool enhancements. Maintain spreadsheet of purchase orders to be placed by field coordinators and or technicians and adjustments when needed. Provide work orders to EUC (End User Computing) coordinator and technician/ vendors based on site event. Monitor and respond to the Enterprise LifeCycle mailbox on a daily basis responding within 48 hours of submission. Maintain, update, and track project tasks within the Project Task Calendar, to ensure tasks are completed in line with project timelines.

Hardware management: Edit order form and submit orders daily for equipment to be shipped based Project SLA’s (excel spread sheet generated by LCMS). Track submitted orders to ensure on time delivery and update in LCMS when needed. Open and maintain service requests when needed for site events and one offs. Move aged hardware up in lifecycle schedule when requested and order new replacements. Add new hardware to lifecycle tool as requested from Optimization team or technical project manager. Send Validated as No Replacement emails out for idle equipment in conjunction with the Optimization coordinator in recovery of idle equipment. Coordinate and track idle equipment recoveries, to ensure recoveries are completed in line with the project timelines. Continuously ensure data integrity in LCMS is accurate on an ongoing basis with timely updates where needed.
