Designed and developed the training curriculums for the Rollins technicians and sales group. Rollins is the world’s largest pest control company with International locations.

Designed and delivered 900 online courses with testing, and wrote an Access database that tracked the training, constructed a hybrid training room, and delivered the training certifying operators at Temple-Inland resulting in lowering quality returns by 0.075% and increasing productivity by 3%.

Converting engineering at Smurfit-Stone required sustainable training for new capital equipment, developed and delivered the training resulting in the elimination of yearly purchased re-training saving $588,000 over 3 years and saving an average of $100,000/year in travel costs.

Assigned to developed operator work center training, designed and deployed lean training methods resulting in an average of 15% increase in production and eliminated bottlenecks.
