Hands on liaising experience with project management consultant like (EIL/PDIL/Foster wheeler/Mecon).
Preservation of documentation of Mechanical/Instruments/Piping Packages especially with respect to interface management, engineering specifications and release of approved documents to manufacturing team.
Review of selected products/instrument between Project specifications & equipment catalogue as per bill of material and also checking the scope of certifications required (Like SIL, GOST, PED, PESO, EN 3.1/3.2 certificate).
Liaising with engineering team for timely release of material requisition than timely release of purchase orders to vendors for timely receipt of raw material and other specific material as required.
Scrutinizing of vendor docs like technical specifications, drawings and approval within time to avoid delay in receipt and visiting vendor’s workshop to review the Manufacturing progress, expediting, and testing.
Expediting with supply chain management or with vendors/sub vendors to ensure timely and successful commissioning of all static equipment’s or Packages assigned with strict compliance to engineering standard instructions, Quality and HSE norms.
Monitoring Project with respect to cost, resource deployment, cost/time over-run and quality compliance, evaluating project progress and taking adequate corrective actions to ensure the satisfactory execution of project within project deadline.
Proficient in proper monitoring of execution and commercial closure of project without any discrepancy/dispute with supplier, customer or consultant.
Preparing the project schedule considering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, dispatch plan, site consideration.
Responsible for supervision for proper planning /scheduling and its implementation by using modern techniques likes S-Curve, Bar-Chart (Critical path method), contingency plan and timely preparation of project progress and MIS report.
Coordination with engineering, operations team for completion of project within deadline by resolving the bottlenecks and giving support to various team to avoid any possible delay the project.
Monitoring & Controlling the project cost with respect to estimated project cost to ensure projected project profit.
Tracking the amendments and raising cost & delivery impact with customer if scope of project is deviated/changed.
Participating in preparation of proposal, cost estimation and finalising terms of contract in consideration of commercial aspects after evaluation of technical and commercial offers from vendors or sub vendors.
Ensuring availability of material dispatch clearance certificate (MDCC) and then the timely billing to maintain positive cash flow of project.
Preparation of commercial payment instruments like Pro forma Invoice, bank guarantees (BGs), letter of credit (LC).
Payment collection within contract deadline after submitting the project closure or final documents like As built drawings, Manufacturing Record Book, Inspection Test Certificates (Like SIL, PESO, EN 3.1/3.2 certificate), Quality documents dossier, Certificates of Origin, Operation & maintenance manual all necessary invoices along with LR & packing slip.
Coordination with customer to collection of project completion/handover/commissioning certificate.
