EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

After graduating from the University of Mawlamyine in 1994, I worked for the Myanmar Ministry of Mines (Department of Geological Survey and Mineral Exploration) for the ensuing 18 years, until February 2013, rising from Assistant Geologist to Senior Geologist. I resigned from the Department when I received a Green Card Visa Lottery from United States.

My work for the Department included both regional and detailed geologic mapping, but most of the work was in mineral exploration and mine development. The principal commodities involved were uranium, gold, copper, lead, zinc, iron, and molybdenum (with tin & tungsten). We also developed the industrial commodities: coal, gypsum, volcanic ash (pozzolan), and granite. The work within operating mines, both open pit and underground, included ore reserve estimation and ore grade calculation, drilling, geochemical sampling, geophysical data analysis, and topographic surveying.

After resigning from the Department, from July 2013 to March 2014 I worked for the Credera Group (based in India) and Valentis Resources (based in Australia) in exploration for tin-tungsten and manganese (Credera) and gold-copper (Valentis).

I came to the United States in 2014 and to Reno in November 2014. Now, I became a U.S Citizen in July, 2019. I have worked as contract Geologist at Round Mountain, Nevada from 8/8/2016 to 6/25/2017, as Exploration Geologist at Fairbanks, Alaska (Fort Knox Mine based) from 7/7/2017 to 10/1/2017 and contract Geologist at Bald Mountain, Nevada from 11/8/2017 to Present for same mining company of Kinross Gold Corp.
