Assisted engineering with materials clearance project(Jan 2006), utilizing various P&ID’s, which enabled this project to be completed more than a month ahead of schedule

Identified rebuild kits offered by the manufacturer for certain Asepco valves that were previously unidentified saving the company approximately 200,000 dollars a year in replacement costs

Set up PM documentation and guidelines as well as, maintain technical documentation for process critical equipment

Identified by RCFA a problem and corrective action for ARO( Ingersoll Rand) pumps costing the company approximately 900.00 per week in repair costs.

Identified and implemented corrective action for a problem found in engineering documentation for Begerow presses which resulted in numerous failures and downtime. This accomplishment increased reliability, and resulted in 45,000 dollars in cost savings for replacement parts used.
