Managed a team of 30 Credit Analysts in New York (head office), London, Paris, Sydney, Nyon, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Singapore, Korea, Manila and Hong Kong. These analysts supported all GFI businesses as well as GFI subsidiaries including Kyte Holdings and Star Supply Brokers LLC.

Consolidated 3 AR departments into one; Recruited, hired and trained all AR staff.

Instructed global AR staff of 30 Analysts on how to enhance newly introduced global credit and collections policies and procedures that I was tasked to develop and implement.

Responsible for gathering DSO, unapplied cash totals, bad debt, final cash totals vs. month-end targets, and individual staff performance to generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that were presented to Senior Management, the Board and outside auditors.

Performed monthly and semi-monthly closings and balanced subsidiary ledgers.
