Train and coach IT Sales, Trade and Digital Marketing teams in Agile methodology, processes and tools.

Led multiple development teams with members from the US, Mexico and India in the on-time, on-budget implementation of SAP and Tableau enterprise analytics tools.

Coached and mentored multiple new Scrum Masters during Tyson’s initial transition from waterfall to Agile development processes.

Concurrently led Agile team processes as Scrum Master on three digital marketing scrum teams facilitating the on-time delivery of website updates and feature releases.
